As a psychologist and a mother of neurodivergent children, I offer a unique blend of lived and professional experience. I understand the daily joys and complexities of neurodivergent life firsthand. I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, moving beyond "fixing" to focus on authenticity and growth.

I acknowledge how distressing life can feel when you are stuck in survival mode. I use accredited EMDR training to help you process painful memories and sensory trauma safely.
